There are so many animals in Ireland and everytime I see an animal there I just want to keep it because its so cute. Here in Ireland there are only is only one species of newts which makes it easier for people to identify them. There isn't many amphibian or reptiles in Ireland because of the weather, but there is tons of birds here such as mallard and geese. The mammals are much like the ones in Italy. There are red deer, hedgehogs, squirrels, and sheep. Humans have dogs and cattle. Cattle is very common in Ireland because you see them everywhere and people use them for milk and meat. My family when we moved out there we even got cattle because it helped us with milk and meat. There are also many endangered species in Ireland like the Horseshoe Bat and Sperm Whale. People here in Ireland do everything they can to keep those animals from dying like keeping them in zoo's or watch them closely.
