Italian Flag

The Italian flag was adopted on January 21, 1919. The green on the flag stands for the green hills in Italy. The white stands for the Snowy Alps. The red stands for the blood spent for the independence of Italy. There is also a religious representation of the colors in which green represents hope, white represents Faith, and red means Cherity

  1. Hey Leo Go Michigan. That is so cool about the italian flag. I did a report about the flag years ago. It said that the red is the tomatoes. The white is the mozzerella cheese and the green is the basil in the pizza. Cool. See you at lunch.
