Hello, again from Poland. Today, I shall blog about holidays in Poland. The first holiday in Poland is Fat Thursday. This is when the people eat doughnuts. Another holiday we have here in Poland is International Women's Day. This is my favorite holiday of all it is the day that every man appreciates all the women. The men have to give the women either a flower or a gift. This was established in USA. On November 29th, people read the future from shapes of wax that was previously melted and put in cold water. Another holiday in Poland is Child's day. My girls look forward to it each year. It is when the children are given a bunch of sweets and then taken to a zoo garden or something simliar to it. The last holiday I will blog about is on May 1st, it is a international workers' day. Have a great Thanksgiving everyone in the beautiful USA.
