Italian Food

Caio its Mimi. Today I want to let you know about what food I eat. In the part of Sicily where I live we have Greek, Spanish, and Arab influences. We eat lots of vegetables and fish. I love the desserts we eat they are so good. We eat cannolis, granitas, and cassatas. A cassata is a type of cake thats very rich so you do eat that big of a slice. On the left is a cassata. This one has fruit on top. To keep from getting fat off of all this food my family and I exercise daily we bike or go for runs. Its time for Dinner so I have to go. Ta Ta for now.

  1. The cake looks great. Do you eat lots of pizza? We, here in the US, always hear that in Italy pizza is a main dish.
