Greece is a parliamentary republic country. The nominal head of state is the President of the Republic, who is elected by the Parliament for a five year term. The Constitution consists of 120 articles, provides for a seperation of powers into executive, legislative, and the judicial branch, and grants extensive specific guarantees of civil liberties and social rights. My uncle is a member of Parliament. I think that he got to be a member of Parliament because he is really intelligent.
