ity in all of Greece. Heraklion is beautiful! It is filled full of historic buildings and water. It is a really important shipping port and ferry dock. When tourists come visit here, the ferry allows them to travel to other ferry docks all over Crete. There are even some that lead to mainland Greece. The International Airport is also located in Heraklion. It is the second largest airport in Greece because Crete is a major tourist destination during the summer. I don't live far from the city, which is extremely important to me. When friends come over, we almost always go to Heraklion. This is where most people who leave near it go to get clothes, groceries, and much more! If you ever come and visit Crete, this is a must see. It is a beatiful city, and I hope you get to come see it someday!

Heraklion looks so beautiful and I would love to go there. I am so far away though, but maybe someday I will be able to see it and take picture. I cant wait for that day.
