Today i found out that italy has the best pasta ever! There are over 350 diffrent types of pasta in italy. Pasta is a main cusine in italy, pasta is in almost every dish. when the tomato was first found it was called the passion fruit, for its sweet tangy flavor. Tomato was also said to be the food of gods. But not all sauses are tomato, some sauces are fish or cream. Some pasta sauces are mixed with alcahol and flambe the sause for ontop of there homeade pasta. Some reasturants have created there oun type of pasta using potato flour instead of wheat flour.
