Swiss Food


Fine ingredients and the perfection of the food preparation is stressed a lot in Swiss dining. Bread is a big part of meals and is consumed a lot during meals. Many expensive foods like meat and fish have to be prepared with care. Fresg milk here is considered more of a food than a beverage. There are orchards in Switzerland, often times when there is a shortage of fruits and vegtables people often use caned or dried fruits and vegtables.
